An ostentatious week for the patent litigation law firm Véron & Associés, who on Wednesday March 28 in London, received the MIP Award for French industrial property law firm of th Year, and on Thuesday March 29 in Paris, received The Trophée for the best team in Trademarks and Patents 2007, an award issued by the French publication Décideurs.

Following an evaluation by a professional jury, the Trophées du Droit were presented at the Armenonville estate in Paris by the French publication Décideurs that annually rewards specialist teams: lawyers, legal directors, financial directors, industrial property directors are rewarded according to their specialisation and their competence.

Véron & Associés, received the MIP Award for French industrial property law firm of the Year in London. A distinction already awarded to Véron & Associés in 2006 when they were nominated French Law Firm of the Year for patent litigation.

The Awards issued by the international publication, Managing Intellectual Property, were presented at a prestigious reception held at the Claridge’s Hotel London and are the result of an international survey which contacted more than 2000 professionals involved in the field of intellectual property followed by several hundred individual interviews. The survey, covering 60 countries, establishes the law firms which were rated by their peers on the strength of their expertise and the depth of. their ability to service clients.

The artist Louis Séror has created a series of paintings on paper mounted on canvas for the main meeting room of our new Paris offices. These paintings have been reproduced in our 2007 greetings card.
