On 18 November 2010 Véron & Associés presented a statistical study on patent litigation in France for the 10-year period 2000-2009.

This study shows that the number of new cases is in the region of 350 per year.

It contains the results of an analysis of more than 2750 decisions handed down by the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Paris, the Cour d’Appel of Paris and the Cour de Cassation.

The law firm had already presented a similar study for the 1990-1999 period.

Ranking of the best business lawyers in Paris Best Lawyers Les Échos: Pierre Véron ranks top for Intellectual Property


In its 23 march 2010 issue, the daily economic newspaper Les Échos published a ranking of distinguished lawyers by the American legal journal “Best Lawyers” listing for the first time the best legal business practitioners in France. It concerns a list of lawyers made by lawyers. This ranking highlights 19 legal professionals from 10 French law firms and 8 foreign structures.
