Career:
Françoise Escoffier joined the team in 2000 after ten years of activity in commercial litigation.
Her principal activity centres on employee inventions (the implementation of company employee invention schemes, disputes relating to the ownership of these inventions and supplementary payment of employee inventors).
Her work also covers litigation of property rights, the validity and infringement of patents in the electrical and mechanical sectors as well as in the field of cosmetics.
