Nicolas Bouche specialised in intellectual property from the outset of his thesis entitled « Le principe de territorialité de la propriété intellectuelle » (The principle of territoriality of Intellectual Property Rights), submitted in 1999 and published in 2002 by Harmattan.
Véron & Associés is committed to the idea that a clear synergy exists between university research and continuous law practice.
This conviction has led them to invite Nicolas Bouche to join the practice, while maintaining his university activities.
His duties consist of coordinating the editorial work and individual research of the legal team members and assisting them in the preparation of their publications and conferences.
In doing so, Nicolas Bouche enriches the work of the legal team by bringing his depth of analysis and university pedagogy.
