    Doctor of law ("La protection juridique de l'innovation végétale", i.e. "Legal protection of plant innovation"), L.L.M. University of Georgia, USA.

    Thomas Bouvet joined the team in 1996, and acquired experience in the various fields of intellectual property before focusing on patents.

    His activity mainly relates to patent validity and infringement litigation as well as the compensation for employees' inventions.

    He also develops his activity in infringement litigation regarding plant breeders' rights, the subject matter of his PhD thesis.
