Véron & Associés is a French law firm whose activity is entirely devoted to patent litigation, i.e. infringement, invalidity, licences and other agreements, ownership claim, employees' inventions.
With a total of 35 staff working in more than 1000 m² of office space located in both Paris and Lyon, the firm comprises 13 lawyers working in French and English.
The firm possesses the know-how, both human and material, to meet the demands of technically complex patent cases requiring international involvement:
- a scientific consultant, an economic litigation consultant, a graphic designer and an integrated translation service take charge, in conjunction with our lawyers, of all the technical, economic, graphical and linguistic aspects of patent cases
- the team is highly skilled in the most technically advanced scientific and graphical software and uses the latest in electronic document management.
Véron & Associés is constantly involved in litigations developing simultaneously throughout several countries, and for which the coordination of domestic lawyer teams is a major concern.

In addition to devoting a substantial part of their activities to research and teaching, Véron & Associés’ members are authors of articles and books on patent litigation law and practice (Publications).
