Founding partner of a law firm which is exclusively dedicated to patent litigation, Pierre Véron was rapidly singled out as a privileged interlocutor in fields where innovation constitutes a strategic priority. Working alongside him, three partners – Isabelle Romet, Thomas Bouvet and Sabine Agé – lead a team of eight lawyers. Their achievements are as numerous as they are impressive: the firm, representing Agilent Technologies, obtained from Waters (the client’s main competitor) the payment of €4.5 M in damages. In addition, the team obtained the biggest settlement compensation ever in France concerning patents for inventions for a French cosmetic group. These are all elements which led the firm to win, for the second year in succession, the golden trophy for Intellectual Property.”
